HGi is now just as close as your mailbox. HGi’s new Drop-Off/Mail-In service is designed to provide you convenience and save you money. You get the same great service and spend less time!
It’s easy and you can qualify for a 10% discount off your tax preparation fees. Call us today at (951) 681-2784 if you did not receive your Tax Organizer. You fill in the information and return it to us before March 29th. We’ll call you if we have any questions. Otherwise, we will complete your return and mail it back to you. With this service, you’ll receive 10% off your bill for allowing us the flexibility to work your return into our preparation schedule. Just think: No hassles, no chance of a fender-bender and you save money, too

HGi Professional Fees and Deposit Policies
Thanks to your support and our increased volume of clients, we are able to hold our fees to the 2005 rates. In fact we have even lowered some. Our deposit policy remains. HGi requires a deposit at the time of your tax appointment or when you mail in or drop off your information. The required deposit is $125 for a long form; $40 for a short form. You can pay by check, cash or credit card (Visa or Master Card). All tax returns must be paid in full before they leave the office.
